Yesterday I was so good, until I went out and got blocked!

I ran in the morning, then went for a wee bike ride to get an extra couple of minutes out.

It was well good. Very impressed at the run. I felt a lot stronger, and really didn’t feel as tired through the run. Even at the end I was sweating like a fat chick; but I felt strong at the end. It was great! Really made e think I should try more…I will try more!





Second coming

Back again…It seems like it’s been such a long time coming. I hurt my back the other day; playing golf. And I was just getting into it. Anyway, 4 – 6 weeks off training – of course to me that means ‘one week off then take it easy for a couple of weeks’, so I was back into it today.

The workout:
40 minute bike ride – 23k
20 minute walk on treadmill
Stretch


So apparently I burnt 503 cal for the workout. Was pretty good really, the bike at times was tough, I can’t wait to get back into it like I was in Kensington. I used to be able to ride 50k…wow!
